These Terms apply only to Website use. Access to Amber’s software products or services is governed exclusively by separate agreements, including the AMBER CRM SUBSCRIPTION & SaaS LICENSE AGREEMENT and the COMMERCIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT, which are not part of these Terms.

The Website may also allow visitors to request information, submit inquiries, or book a demo via third-party scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly).

No part of the Website provides access to Amber’s software products.
Use of any software is subject to separate written agreements.

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Amber is not liable for:

  • loss of business, revenue, data, or reputation;

  • damages arising from Website errors, outages, or cyber incidents;

  • reliance on Website content;

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Website is to stop using it.
